Digital Advertising Sales Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Advertising Sales Executive to generate new advertising revenue in the Small and Medium Business in west GTA market.

We are looking for sales experience in digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be independent, ambitious, persistent and have an entrepreneurial and hunter mentality.

The goal is to generate new revenue, grow the territory, and increase our brand’s presence in the market.

Working with the Digital Advertising Director, you will have the autonomy for further growth in the company and contribute ideas to further progress in this space.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Generate and prospect for new accounts through cold calling, drop-ins, and research
  • Present digital advertising opportunities to prospects
  • Understand customer’s requirements and needs and provide advertising solutions to meet their needs
  • Excellence in executing each step in the sales cycle from first contact, follow up, closing the sale and account/campaign management
  • Proficiency in creating decks/sales presentations and presenting proposals
  • Learn product offering, value and benefits
  • Understand the local market
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional and professional customer service and promptly resolve any issues or problems that may arise to ensure high level of client satisfaction
  • Prepare regular weekly sales, progress and forecast reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Meet and/or exceed sales/revenue targets
  • Must have proven digital advertising or advertising sales experience
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM system is an asset
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
  • 1 to 5 years of sales experience in digital advertising/advertising.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
