A new bar coming soon to Ottawa Street is likely going to be a hole-in-one for sports enthusiasts.
In a post shared Tuesday (Nov. 17) welcoming The Argyle Bar and Golf to the neighbourhood, the Ottawa Street BIA welcomed the new business, which will be located at 304 Ottawa Street North, into the fold.

The post said the bar plans to open in the ‘winter of 2021,’ though no date has been singled out.
With its arrival in the dead of winter, golfers will likely appreciate the opportunity to brush up on their swing in the offseason with the bar’s indoor golf simulator.
Argyle’s owner recently posted a picture suggesting they’d just taken ownership of the bar’s new digs, that previously housed the Hamilton Sewing Collective and, in not-so-recent-years, other textiles businesses.
