At long last, Locke St in Hamilton is getting a sushi restaurant

Hamilton has become a hotbed of culinary distinction over the last several years.

Locke Street, specifically, has become the preferred destination for patrons looking for a variety of quality eats—whether you fancy Italian, Greek, vegan, cafe, fancy donuts, pub, soups and sandwiches, or ice cream and desserts.

There has been, however, a food option void on Locke Street for quite some time. But that will no longer be the case this winter, thanks to a brand new Japanese restaurant called “Sushi Azuki”.

Construction is well underway inside the former home of Forrat’s Chocolate at 184 Locke St. S.

Owners are expecting to launch next month.
