Almost 100K second doses of COVID-19 vaccine administered in Halton

As of June 21, 2021, Halton Region has administered almost 100,000 second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to regional data, a total of 479,554 doses have been administered in the region, while 429,690 have been administered to Halton residents.

Over 20,000 doses have been administered in mobile clinics, 78,173 have been given at pharmacies and physicians’ offices and 380,742 have been issued at community and hospital-based clinics in Halton.

A total of 39,974 doses have been given to individuals in the 80+ age group in Halton.

According to provincial data, a total of 12,669,775 doses have been administered in Ontario and a total of 20.100 per cent of individuals are now fully vaccinated.
