If you’re in the mood for comfort food and still want an upscale dining experience, you must try Valentino’s baked mac and cheese. They refer to it as their ‘Italian-style mac and cheese’ and here’s why: This pasta contains a creamy alfredo sauce, along with both cheddar and mozzarella cheese. It’s then topped with bread crumbs and baked to perfection. This dish does come with bacon but you have the option to make it entirely vegetarian. The venue itself is always quite busy but it’s the perfect restaurant for your next Instagram pasta post.

Before we talk about their pasta dishes, let’s talk about their fresh, warm bottomless bread. Their bread being one reason you will want to visit again and again. Now, onto the main course. This restaurant serves up a spicy ravioli made with a delightful rose sauce. They call it Ravioli Alla Toscana and I am convinced it’s the best dish on their menu! Extremely appetizing, flavourful and the perfect main on a cold winter evening.
The moment you step into this elegant restaurant you are greeted by warm staff and stunning ambience. It’s modern, pretty and the perfect spot for a romantic night out. Their menu promises not to disappoint. It offers incredible and authentic dishes that are made fresh to order. We recommend trying the cappelletti which is made of fresh pasta stuffed with crab and ricotta cheese tossed in their herb cream sauce. Topped with tiger shrimp and baby spinach, this dish is sure to make an impression. Take a bite and your taste buds will thank you later. Promise!
What’s better than having an upscale Italian restaurant in your hotel? Located in Carmen’s C Hotel on Stonechurch, Baci Ristorante serves up some delicious pasta dishes and you have the option to dine in or take your meal to go! All pasta dishes can be made vegetarian and they can accommodate most dietary needs. We’d recommend their spaghetti primavera because let’s face it, spaghetti is always a good idea whether you’re eating at a table with someone special or up in your room while binging Netflix!
This establishment has a very cool vibe to it. It may not take you to Italy with its neon lights and sleek white seating, but the second you take a bite of one of their pasta dishes, you will instantly be transported to any city in Italy. Their pastas are bursting with flavour and we highly recommend trying their ricotta ravioli (pictured above). It contains a spicy brown butter, citrus ricotta, blistered tomato and pancetta. Once again, they will accommodate your dietary needs. This restaurant is always busy so be sure to call ahead. Don’t forget to finish your meal off with one of their delicious cappuccinos that will leave you wanting more.
