Police searching for missing 69-year-old woman from Hamilton

Hamilton Police Service (HPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman.

Sixty-nine-year-old Edith Smith was last seen at 9:30 a.m. today (November 12).

She’s described as Indigenous; approximately 5’3″ tall; roughly 130 lbs; with black, shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a brown sweater, black pants and carrying a red bag.

She has dementia, and mobility issues, and police are concerned for her safety.
