Police investigating stabbing in Hamilton

Hamilton Police Services (HPS) are investigating a stabbing in the east end of the city.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., HPS was called to Warsaw Pub & Lounge on King Street East in relation to a stabbing.

The victim has been transported to hospital, the severity of their injuries have yet to be determined.

King is currently closed between Lake Avenue South and Mountain Avenue South as HPS continues to investigate.
