Police investigating possible shooting in Hamilton

Hamilton Police Service (HPS) is investigating a possible shooting in the Stoney Creek area of the city.

Earlier this afternoon (May 14), HPS was called to the area of Oriole Avenue near South Service Road in connection to a suspected shooting.

Oriole is currently closed as HPS continues to investigate, drivers are instructed to avoid the area.
