Police investigating overnight shooting in Hamilton

Hamilton police are looking for witnesses or asking people to check their home security cameras for suspicious activity in the area of Webster Road and Chardonnay Street, Hamilton. Police are investigating a shooting that occurred. There are no reports of injuries.

On Friday, March 21st, 2020, at approximately 12:05 am, Hamilton Police received reports of a shooting in the area of Webster Road and Chardonnay Street. Residents in the area reported hearing what sounded like gunshots.

Police checked the area and located evidence that a home was struck by bullets. The bullets caused some property damage, there were no reported injuries.

The suspect has been described as male, 20-30 years old, tall with a slim build, wearing a fitted leather jacket. He was last seen fleeing the scene in a newer model white SUV.
