A 21-year-old Hamilton man has died after being struck by a vehicle.
A 21-year-old Hamilton man has died after being struck by a vehicle.
On August 21, 2019, shortly before 6:00 p.m., a 21-year-old Hamilton man was attempting to cross a road in the area of King Street East and Ottawa Street South from the south sidewalk when he was struck by a 2010 Jeep that was travelling westbound by a 45-year-old Hamilton woman. He later succumbed to his injuries on September 9.
His name will not be released out of respect for the family.
The investigation is still ongoing and those witnesses who have not yet spoken to police are asked to call the Collision Reconstruction Unit at (905) 546-4753 or Crime Stoppers.
