A power outage is in effect this afternoon.

Alectra Utilities is currently reporting an outage in the area of Mohawk Rd West to Lincon Alexander Pkwy and Ridge St to Kendall Ave.

Alectra Utilities is currently reporting an outage in the area of Mohawk Rd West to Lincon Alexander Pkwy and Ridge St to Kendall Ave.

The cause of the outage is an overhead distribution problem, Alectra reports.

Crews are on site and power is expected to return by 7:00 p.m.
