Hamilton Police say that a missing person from Toronto could be in the Hamilton area.

On Monday (Jan. 6), police tweeted out that they had received information from Toronto Police that Glenroy Francis could be in the area as he was last spotted in the Binbrook.

He was seen driving a white Honda Accord with the licence plate: CFZD 534.

Francis, 43, was last seen November 29, 2019, in the Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue East area in Toronto.

Police say they are concerned for his safety.

Francis is described as 5’11” with a medium build, short dark hair and brown eyes.
