Man in hospital after being struck by truck on Hamilton mountain: Police

Hamilton Police say they are the scene of a collision involving a pedestrian which has sent a man to hospital with life-threatening injuries Monday morning (Nov. 16).
Police said in a Tweet sent just before 11 a.m. that the collision involved a truck and a pedestrian and occurred at Stone Church and Upper Sherman.
Motorists are urged to avoid the intersection because it is currently closed for the investigation into the crash.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit is currently on the scene.
