Man critically injured after vehicle rolls over in Hamilton

A Hamilton man is in the hospital following a vehicle accident early on Saturday, December 21.
A Hamilton man is in the hospital following a vehicle accident early on Saturday, December 21.
At 12:38 a.m., police say a 38 year old man from the Flamborough area was riding his ATV eastbound on Mountsberg Road between Highway 6 and Centre Road in Flamborough.
The driver lost control of his vehicle, causing it to roll onto its side.
“As a result of the driver not wearing his helmet, he suffered life threatening injuries to his head after falling to the roadway,” police say.

Emergency service responders took the driver to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
“Alcohol and speed may have been a factor,” police say.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
