Jennifer McIntyre of Stoney Creek is $2 million richer after winning with Instant 200x Multiplier from OLG.

The 65-year old retired bingo caller uncovered her win at home.

“I kept looking at it, and I couldn’t believe my eyes,” she shared, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her cheque. “My hands were shaking but I managed to grab my phone and use the OLG Lottery App to check. I saw the Big Winner message and then I restarted my phone and checked again.”

The winning ticket was purchased at Avondale on Paramount Dr. in Stoney Creek.

“When I got up the next morning, I had to recheck the ticket before I went to the store to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. When I saw the validation slip at the store, it hit me. I was absolutely vibrating with excitement,” she added.

The grandmother hasn’t made any decisions on spending her winnings just yet.

“I have plenty of time to think about it but my priority will be to help my loved ones and community. I just need some time to absorb this.”

The OLG Prize Centre in Toronto is accepting in-person prize claim appointments for winning-ticket holders of $10,000 or more.
