Hamilton Police issue arrest warrant for violent offender

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Hamilton man wanted on multiple charges.
An arrest warrant has been issued for a Hamilton man wanted on multiple charges.
Police say 51 year old Mark Daniel was involved in various criminal activities from January 2019 and August 2019.
“His criminal history involves break-ins, mischiefs, violent assaults and disregard to follow his probation orders,” police say.
Daniel is wanted on the following charges:

- Assault Cause Bodily Harm
- Break and Enter
- Mischief under $5000
- Fail to Comply Probation x4
- Fail to attend Court
- Drive while under suspension x2
- Breach of Provincial Probation
He’s described as a black male, 5’8, with a thin build, brown eyes, dreadlocks down to the collar, a goatee, and a moustache.
“He needs to be held accountable,” police say.
If seen, residents are warned not to approach him and instead call 911, or call 905-546-8911 with any information that can assist the investigation.
