Hamilton men wanted in stabbing and gun incident

Two Hamilton men are wanted for an alleged stabbing at The West Lounge Café located at 807 Main St. W.

Two Hamilton men are wanted for an alleged stabbing at The West Lounge Café located at 807 Main St. W.

Police say they are considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact Hamilton police.

On Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019, just shortly after 2:00 a.m., police say a physical altercation occurred between one male who was approached by two male suspects.

“During the incident, the lone male received an injury from a knife held by one of the suspects,” according to Hamilton Police Service. “The second suspect displayed a handgun and then pointed it at the victim. The victim was transported to the hospital by his friends. Bar staff recognized the level of injury and contacted police.”

The suspects have been identified and warrants for their arrest have been issued.

  • Aggravated Assault
  • Fail to Comply Youth Sentence

WANTED

  • Fuhill Badei, 20 years from Hamilton

CHARGES

  • Point Firearm
  • Carry Conceal Weapon
  • Use firearm in the commission of an offence
  • Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
  • Assault with a Weapon
