A Hamilton-based marketing company aptly called “The Marketing Company” announced an initiative to help local restaurants.

The Marketing Company says it will be giving away 100 free hours of marketing work to help restaurants struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic to “gain exposure and new business during this challenging and unprecedented time.”

The company says there will be no limit to the work that can be requested, “from social media strategy to website builds. ”

“This year has been an extremely trying time for these businesses,” said Peter Licandro, Founder and Creative Director of The Marketing Company.

“I’ve seen many restaurants that are a staple in the community struggle. With the latest move into the Red Zone I knew we needed to act to help these restaurants that have given our community back so much. We want to help as many local restaurants as we can.”
