The Hamilton Police Service (HPS) is requesting the assistance of the public in locating 50-year-old Mark Dupuis, who is also wanted in Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, and Winnipeg.

Police call him a “known fraudster.”

“Mark Dupuis has a long history of presenting himself using other names, living an assumed life, and committing frauds against unsuspecting victims in the GTA and throughout the country,” said Hamilton Police.

He is known to operate under names such as Richard Sestak, Mark Richards, Peter Adamcova, and Anthony Simms, say police.

Dupuis was last known to be in the Toronto area.

He is wanted for the following charges:

  • Fraud Over $5,000
  • Fraud Under $5,000 x2
  • Fail to Comply Probation

Dupuis is described as a grey-haired, white, 5-foot-6 male; weighing 174-pounds with a medium build. Police say he typically wears glasses.

“If Dupuis is observed, police ask that members of the public contact police,” added HPS. “Do not approach.”
