Employee at McDonald’s in Waterdown test positive of COVID-19

An employee at McDonald’s in Waterdown has tested positive for the coronavirus

The McDonald’s location is located at 115 Hamilton Street North, Waterdown , Ontario. 

According to McDonald’s Canada, the employee at the standalone store last worked on December 28, 2020.

The policy for McDonald’s when a worker tests positive for the coronavirus is to temporarily close the location while a thorough cleaning is carried out by a certified third-party company.

“This closure is done out of an abundance of caution for the safety of employees and the community,” the company says on its website.
