“Doesn’t believe in insurance”: Police charge driver with speeding in Hamilton

Charges have been laid following a speeding incident earlier today.
On Sunday morning, Burlington OPP stopped a vehicle for speeding on the QEW in Hamilton.
“The 26 year old driver advised he was using plates from his other vehicle, and further that he doesn’t believe in insurance,” OPP said.
He was charged with speeding and not having insurance, among other offenses.
