Halton police are looking to find out exactly who’s behind a rash of graffiti in Milton.
Roughly 43 tags reading “Who” have been sprayed across town since May 1.

Tagging appears to be concentrated around Thompson Rd. S., in the Bessy Trail and Slessor Heights area, say police.
