Police have asked the public for help in identifying the suspect of an attempted carjacking in downtown Oakville.

The man in question was last seen on July 14 in the area of Robinson and Navy Street, in the parking lot of the Granery Apartment building.

He is described as a white male, 6″ tall, with an athletic build, black buzzcut hair and rough skin. He was wearing a dark grey t-shirt and baggy blue jeans.

The suspect was also seen with a white, blonde female who is described as being tall and thin.

If you see either the suspect or the woman he was with, you are asked not to approach them and instead contact police immediately.
