Two main streets face intermittent closures in Milton this week

Milton commuters should figure out an alternative route as two streets face closures beginning today (Nov. 16).
Main St. E (between James St. and Martin St.) and Mill St. (between Martin St. and Garden Lane) will be closed intermittently for periods of time each day until Nov. 21 for work to be done in the area.
Milton officials say at no time with both streets be closed at the same time.
The work means that main parking lots on Mary St. and Brown St. will be closed. Alternative parking can be found at the lot at 230 Mary St.
