A Caledon man is one of two people being charged in connection with a three-vehicle crash near the Burlington-Hamilton border.
The incident took place on the QEW near Eastport Dr. on Dec. 1 around 6 p.m.
Provincial police allege the man caused the crash, sending one person to hospital.
Robert Carter, 29, of Caledon is facing one count of dangerous driving.

Another another driver is charged with careless driving in relation to the crash, say OPP.
