Two COVID-19 cases reported at Real Canadian Superstore in Oakville

Loblaw is reporting new cases of COVID-19 today (January 24) at one of its store locations in Oakville.

Two employees working at Real Canadian Superstore at 201 Oak Park Drive tested positive on a presumptive test for the virus.

The employees last worked on Monday, January 18 and Tuesday, January 19.

“Given the important role we play in our communities, we are prepared for all possible situations, including a positive test for COVID-19 in our stores,” the company says.

“In these cases, we work closely with public health and follow their guidance to ensure proper notification of close contacts and required cleaning and sanitization in our stores.”
