Teacher From Oakville Facing Sex Assault Charges at Milton School

An Oakville teacher is facing charges in connection with a sex assault case at a Milton elementary school.

Halton police began investigating allegations of sex assault at Tiger Jeet Singh Public School on Nov. 9.

Investigators from the child abuse and sexual assault unit conducted interviews with several female students.

The school, on Yates Dr., has more than 1,100 students in junior kindergarten to Grade 8.

Hazem Kabbara, 37, is facing two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference.
