Suspect Sought in Burlington Sex Assault

Halton police are looking to identify a suspect in connection with a sex assault in Burlington.

That’s when a woman was walking in the Cape Ave. and Joel Ave. area between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

She was approached by the man, who claimed to be a delivery driver asking for directions to Meadow Lane to drop off a package.

The man is described as having dark skin, a ‘wide’ face, and spoke English with a slight accent.

He’s in his late 20s to early 40s, standing about six-feet with a medium build.

The manhad a black groomed beard and was wearing a navy blue turban.

The suspect was wearing a white T-shirt with numbers on the sleeve, a neon vest with grey reflective stripes, and dark shorts.

He was driving a black four-door newer model car with chrome trim.
