Police Charge Mississauga Man in Relation to Stabbing Case in Milton

The Halton Regional Police Service has made a third arrest in connection to the stabbing that occurred in Milton on September 17.

On September 24, Mohamad Rayyan Dassut (18) of Mississauga was charged with:

  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
  • Robbery
  • Attempt to Commit Murder

The other two suspects found in relation to the case included:\

A male youth (17) of Mississauga charged with:

  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
  • Robbery
  • Attempt to Commit Murder

Hunter Kershaw (18) of Milton charged with:

  • Attempt to Commit Murder
  • Robbery
  • Theft of Motor Vehicle

On September 17, one of the three accused persons in the case driving a 2013 four-door, black Hyundai Elantra from an address on Scott Boulevard in Milton to the area of Creditview Road and Argentia Road in Mississauga, where it was driven into a ditch.

It is believed that sometime between 12:00 am and 3:30 am on that date, the vehicle stopped somewhere in the above area(s) to change a flat tire. 

Police continue to ask anyone who may have observed the vehicle while the tire was being changed, or immediately after the vehicle went into the ditch, to call investigators at the 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-824-4777 ext. 2415 or ext. 2416.
