Halton Police are investigating a one-vehicle accident in Milton.
The incident occurred early this morning.

According to the police, the driver tried to avoid an animal on the roadway when the vehicle swerved into a ditch. It then hit a culvert and flipped over numerous times, narrowly missing a hydro pole.

The driver did not suffer any serious injuries.
Police are advising people to drive with care on rural roads.
