Over 77% of Halton residents 12+ have now gotten at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose

In a recent vaccination update, Halton Region reports that over 75% of the population eligible to be vaccinated has now gotten at least one dose.
As of Thursday, June 24, 423,305 Halton residents 12+ (77%) have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
A total of 144,157 residents (26%) have received both doses and are fully vaccinated.

In Ontario overall, the province recently reached 73% overall vaccine coverage among those aged 12 and up — a 2% increase from the previous week, according to ICES.
