Ontario reports 1,723 new cases of COVID-19, 61 in Halton

Ontario is reporting 1,723 new COVID-19 cases today (Dec. 2), 61 of which have been reported in the Halton Region.

Today (Dec. 2), Burlington has recorded 16 new cases while Oakville has 15.

Milton has recorded 25 new cases while Halton Hills has 5.A total of 2,964 cases have been resolved in the Halton Region and 66 people have passed away.

There are currently 760 active cases in the region.

According to provincial data, 44,226 tests have been completed in Ontario in the last 24 hours.
