Ontario reporting 2,938 new cases of COVID-19, 107 in Halton

Ontario is reporting 2,938 new cases of COVID-19 today (April 5), 107 of which have been reported in Halton.

Today (April 5), Burlington has recorded 14 new cases while Oakville has 34.

Milton has recorded 37 new cases while Halton Hills has 10.

A total of 10,672 cases have been resolved in the Halton Region and 200 people have passed away.

There are currently 549 active cases in the region.

According to regional data, there are 142 total variant cases in Halton.
