One Person Dead in Milton Crash

One person is dead following a crash in Milton on Thursday morning.

The collision, involving two vehicles, took place at 25 Side Rd and Fifth Line around 8:49 a.m., said Halton police Staff. Sgt. Brian Stapleton.

The collision reconstruction unit arrived around 11:45 a.m. and is expected to be on scene for hours.

The intersection is closed.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
