Milton schools placed in hold and secure due to active police investigation

Halton police are currently conducting an active investigation in Milton.

As a result, Chris Hadfield Public School and St. Peter Catholic Elementary School have been placed in a hold and secure.

Police say this is precautionary and there is no known threat to staff or students at either location.
