Milton Mayor Krantz receives first COVID-19 vaccine dose

Milton Mayor Gord Krantz rolled up his sleeve and got his COVID-19 shot.
Krantz, 83, was given his first dose of the vaccine as part of the prioritization age groups this past weekend at the FirstOntario Arts Centre in Milton.
Residents currently eligible to receive their first vaccination doses include adults 75 years of age or older and Indigenous adults (including First Nations, Metis and Inuit populations) living in Halton, 55 years of age and older, and one immediate household family member.
Milton residents can get their vaccine dose locally at the FirstOntario Arts Centre, located on 1010 Main Street East in Milton.
Appointments can be made via halton.ca/COVIDvacines or Halton’s COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic webpage. on Halton.ca. If you require assistance booking your appointment, those who are currently eligible can call 311.
