Major intersection closed following early morning crash in Milton

A serious collision has closed a portion of a busy intersection in Milton Thursday (Nov 26) morning.

At around 3:30 a.m, Halton Police responded to a crash on James Snow Parkway and Esquesing Line, north of Highway 401.

Police say the roads will be closed on James Snow Parkway between Esquesing Line and Boston Church Road.

The road closure is expected to last for approximately five hours and police are asking the public to avoid the area and to use alternate routes.

Police are not reporting any injuries at this time.
