First occupancies were scheduled for fall 2018, however, “everything has moved to next year from spring summer,” said Rosehaven Homes marketing manager Heather Weeks.

Excavation began in Oct. 2014 at the southwest corner of Randall St. and Reynolds Rd.

The French Beaux-Arts inspired boutique condo is housing 36 suites designed by architect Richard Wengle, with interiors by Ferris Rafauli (which includes two-storey penthouses which only cost about $3.4 million).

And yes, there’s marble slab flooring … it’s being marketed as a ‘one-of-a-kind living experience you won’t find anywhere else in the GTA.’

As we told you in 2017, it’s even won an award for being so glam.

The Randall is apparently attracting unique buyers, the majority of whom are from Ontario, said Weeks in late 2017, with one buyer in Montreal.

The condo was inspired by the same timeless Parisian architecture as premier residences now in development at No. 1 Palace Street in London, England. That’s right across the street from Buckingham Palace.

The refined style with focus on balance and symmetry grew popular in Paris in the 1800s when they redrew the city plans to include broad boulevards, arcades, and classically-inspired façades, according to Rosehaven — a style that would influence architects around the world.

While the London counterpart starts at more than $21 million, The Randall starts at $2.2 million.

Ground level merchants include a personal fitness studio, and a very famous Toronto restaurant.
