Halton’s daily COVID-19 case count reaches 20

Halton Region’s daily COVID-19 case count has reached 20.

Today (June 3), Ontario is reporting 870 new cases of COVID-19, 20 of which have been reported in Halton.

Burlington has recorded 11 new cases, Oakville has 4, Milton has 3 and Halton Hills has 2.

A total of 17,205 cases have been resolved in the Halton Region and 226 people have passed away.

There are currently 186 active cases in the region.

According to regional data, there are 5,749 total variant cases in Halton.

A total of 34,277 COVID-19 tests have been completed in Ontario in the last 24 hours.
