Kerrfest has officially begun in Oakville! This year Kerrfest will be held on September 6 and September 7, and Kerrfest Kids is being held on the 8th.
Kerrfest has officially begun in Oakville! This year Kerrfest will be held on September 6 and September 7, and Kerrfest Kids is being held on the 8th.
Kerrfest, for anyone who is unaware, is an outdoor music festival that takes place in Kerr Village, Westwood Park (Kerr & Bond Street) in Oakville. The event, which is organized by the Kerr Village BIA, first started in 2014 and now, according to a press release, attracts thousands of people from the local area, and the Ontario-Niagara Region.
This year’s line-up and schedule is highlighted in the graphic below.

In addition, as mentioned, the Kerrfest Kids event will be taking place on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2019. This event, as its name suggests, it catered towards local children and their families. At this event, similar to Kerrfest, there will be lots of musical entertainment in addition to activities, such as face painting, along with free hot dogs for kids.
