Delays Expected After Cyclist Struck in Burlington

Police have reported a crash this morning in Burlington.

There’s been a collision involving a cyclist, said police at 11 a.m.

The collision was at Plains Road West and Spring Gardens Road.

Officers are on scene and delays are expected.
