Crash Closes Part of 401 in Milton

A recent collision has shut down part of the 401 in Milton.
Shortly after 10:30 a.m., the OPP announced that a single vehicle was blocking lanes on the eastbound 401 at Guelph Line.

Shortly after 10:30 a.m., the OPP announced that a single vehicle was blocking lanes on the eastbound 401 at Guelph Line.
The OPP has since reported that the eastbound lanes are closed at Guelph Line due to the crash.

Officers and emergency crews are on scene.
Residents will want to find an alternate route.

UPDATE:
Halton police recently announced that all eastbound lanes of the 401 are closed at Guelph Line due to a “serious pedestrian injury.” OPP and an air ambulance are on scene. Police are investigating and residents are asked to avoid the area.
UPDATE: As of 1:30 p.m., police report that all lanes are reopened.
