Boat Fire Breaks Out in Oakville

The Oakville Fire Department was called to the scene of a heavy blaze this afternoon.

Halton Police got a report at 1:15 p.m. regarding a fire on a boat at the Oakville Power Boat Club on 150 Water Street.
Heavy smoke was seen in the area.
Firefighters attended the scene and the fire was extinguished.

At this time, police say the cause of the fire is unknown.
