Cortel Group’s Oak & Co Condo project is in its final phase in Oak & Co. luxury condominium project. According to the Cortel Group, “The development is scheduled for completion in 2020. Sales for available units range in price from $387,525 to over $705,975. Oak & Co. Condos has a total of 750 units. Sizes range from 607 to 1119 square feet.”

Cortel Group is one of Ontario’s finest builders. Architect Zeidler and acclaimed Interior Designer Tomas Pearce will be working alongside the company to build a four-building community, which will transform North Oakville into a true urban destination.

Towers three and four are set to officially launch on April 27. While, towers one and two are already under construction.

Many of the condos have oversized balconies, modern design and overlook the forest. Standard suites include premium stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer selected bath accessories and a den. Towers three and four are set to hit the market starting from $300,000.

The Cortel Group is aiming to create a community, which is highlighted by recreation, green space, shopping, services and accessible transportation.

The towers are located on Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street East, which is 30 minutes away from Downtown Toronto. The buildings are in between the Morrison Creek Natural Heritage Park and the Uptown Core community. It is near the Uptown Core bus terminal, Oakville Place Mall, Sheridan College and the Oakville Go Station
