78 per cent of Halton population has at least first dose of COVID-19 vaccine

As of June 30, 2021, Halton is reporting that 78 per cent of the region’s population 12 years of age or older has at least their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

A total of 33 per cent of the Halton population 12 years of age or older are fully vaccinated, according to regional data.

To date, the region has administered 564,784 COVID-19 vaccines.

According to provincial data, a total of 14,741,138 doses have been administered in Ontario and a total of 4,808,170 individuals are now fully vaccinated.
