Suspect Sought Following Shoplifting Incident at LCBO in Burlington

Halton Police are seeking one suspect following a shoplifting incident that took place at an LCBO store in Burlington.

Halton Police are seeking one suspect following a shoplifting incident that took place at an LCBO store in Burlington.

On Monday, March 11, 2019, just before 7:30 p.m., a male suspect went to the LCBO located at 3365 Fairview St. 

According to police, the suspect walked into the store and grabbed an LCBO basket and put five bottles of Grey Goose in it.  

The suspect then headed to the front of the store and waited for the next customer to enter. 

A few moments later, according to police, a couple entered through the gate and the suspect then exited the store making no attempt to pay for the items.

The total value of the Grey Goose bottles was $569.75.

The suspect, according to police, is described as someone who is possibly Hispanic, in his late 30s, approximately 5’7” and 170 lbs. Police say the suspect was wearing dark jeans, a dark bomber-style jacket, and a black baseball hat pulled down low on his face.
