Summer project zoning applications now open for Burlington residents

Burlington residents interested in their very own backyard pools can beat the rush by applying now for summer project zoning and building permits.

Residents are reminded to make sure to get their zoning clearance certificate first before applying for building permits.

Zoning certificate applications are reviewed in the order they are submitted. Since there has been a high volume of applications received through the new electronic submission format, the city appreciates patience from its residents as they work through processing applications.
