Police seeking to identify suspect after theft at LCBO store in Burlington

Halton police are seeking to identify a suspect after a theft occurred at an LCBO store in Burlington.

Police say on Friday, June 25, 2021, at 5:04 p.m., an unknown male suspect attended the LCBO store located at 501 Appleby Line and stole two bottles of alcohol valued at $139.90.

The suspect is also responsible for a second LCBO theft that occurred fifteen minutes later at the same store, according to police.

The suspect is described as male, white, in his 20s, is approximately 5’2 and 155lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes, police say.

He was wearing a dark blue or black puffy vest with a white t-shirt underneath, dark blue-coloured pants, a khaki-coloured hat with a green vertical stripe and brown shoes. The suspect had a black-coloured cross-body bag and was wearing a medical mask, according to police.
