Police seeking assistance to identify suspect in Burlington theft incident

According to police, on the night of January 10, 2021, a theft from a vehicle occurred in the area of Regency Court and Prospect Drive in the City of Burlington.

Police say numerous credit and debit cards and forms of personal identification were stolen from the entered vehicle.

On January 11, 2021, at approximately 5:10 a.m., police say the stolen credit and debit cards were fraudulently used at a nearby Petro Canada gas station at Guelph Line and New Street.

Police are looking to identify the female in question.

According to police, the suspect is described as female, white, between 5’5 – 5’8, between 140 – 150lbs and was wearing a grey coat and a black hat.
