Police attending to person in distress at Burlington hotel

Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is investigating a disturbance in Burlington.

Earlier tonight (December 30), HRPS was called to a hotel in the area of Brant Street and Lakeshore Road in relation to a person in distress.

According to HRPS, there’s no broader threat to public safety.

Residents in the area can expect a heavy police presence.
